Family of Gordon^9 Van Wicklin 

Photos are of the Gordon Van Wicklin farm which, according to personal conversation with Gordon's daughter, Marguerite (27 July 2000) was purchased from the Quinn family abt 1920. Gordon and Nellie lived here for over 50 years. Van Wicklin lane is in memory of Gordon Van Wicklin.

Gordon^9 Van Wicklin (Edward^8, John^7 Gordon, Garret^6, Isaac^5, Paul^4, Garret^3, Gerrit^2, Jentie^1 Jeppes) was b. 
1895 and died 1979 in Cramahe Township. He married Nellie G. _____ who was b. 1896 and d. 1980. Their daughter L. Marguerite Van Wicklin was born 1932 and was still living as of 1999. She grew up in the farmhouse on “Van Wicklin Lane” and remembers riding a horse to school. She still lives today in an adjacent house. Barbara and John Van Wicklin met her on August 14, 1999 and took a few pictures of the house and property. Marguerite m. D. Arthur Simpson, b. 1918 and d. 1973. Marion Van Wicklin was born abt. 1932 (not sure which daughter is the first-born). Marion m. Dan McCormick and lives in Trenton, Ontario.
